Don Fisher serves as the Technology Director for the Democratic Party of Oregon where he manages VoteBuilder, the DPO’s online voter database. In addition, he is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the DPO’s computer networking and telephone communication systems. Don joined the DPO in 2008 after working as Voter File Manager for the Obama Campaign in Oregon.
