Rep. Chris Harker


District 34, Oregon House of Representatives

Representative Harker was appointed to the Oregon House of Representatives in June of 2008 and then elected in November to represent District 34, which includes parts of Beaverton and unincorporated Washington County. Rep. Harker ran for office because of his belief in the right of every Oregonian to have access to affordable health care, a good public education, and a clean, beautiful environment. He currently serves as Vice-Chair of the House Health Care Committee and as a member of the House Education Committee and the Higher Education Caucus.
